Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Miracle Keys Mortgage collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to our mortgage advisory services.
1. Who we are
Miracle Keys Mortgage(“we”, “us”, “our”) is a mortgage advisory business based in IFZA, Dubai. We are the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website and our advisory service. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us using the details in section 12.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, request a consultation, or send a property brief, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, your message, and — for a property brief — your purpose, property type, bedrooms, budget range, timeline, residency status and preferred areas.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the website we may record limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you submitted a form from, and the date and time. This helps us keep the service secure and reduce spam.
We do not intentionally collect financial account numbers, passwords, or government-ID numbers through the website. Please do not send sensitive information of that kind through the forms; your adviser will tell you how to share documents securely when they are needed.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide mortgage advice tailored to you;
- To compare mortgage options across lenders and, with your instruction, arrange finance;
- To communicate with you about your enquiry and the progress of your application;
- To keep records required for our business and to meet legal and regulatory obligations;
- To maintain the security and integrity of our website and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data where you have given consent (for example, by submitting an enquiry), where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, where we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, and where we must comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
5. How we share your information
We share personal data only as needed to provide our services, including with:
- Banks and lenders — where you ask us to obtain quotes, pre-approval or to arrange a mortgage on your behalf;
- Service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, such as our website hosting and infrastructure provider, our database provider, and our email delivery provider;
- Professional and regulatory bodies where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as needed to provide our services and to maintain the records we are required to keep, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
8. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. We use only what is necessary to make the website work and to keep it secure. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
11. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your data, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@miraclekeysmortgage.ae or +971 56 216 6596. Our office is at IFZA, Dubai.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
