Information we collect automatically. When you use the website we may record limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you submitted a form from, and the date and time. This helps us keep the service secure and reduce spam.

We do not intentionally collect financial account numbers, passwords, or government-ID numbers through the website. Please do not send sensitive information of that kind through the forms; your adviser will tell you how to share documents securely when they are needed.
